  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged products).
